Payments
All payments are processed in EUR. Sellers authorise MarketIsland to collect funds, hold them securely until the return period ends, and remit payouts less applicable fees.
Returns
Sellers agree to review return requests within 2 working days. MarketIsland may step in to support buyers if communication breaks down or items arrive damaged.
