Are returns free?
Each seller chooses their own return shipping fees. Check the store page to see if a prepaid label or pickup is included.

Every order includes MarketIsland buyer protection.
- 1Ask for a return in the order chat within 7 days of delivery, or follow any longer window the seller offers.
- 2Agree with the seller on the return method, including pickup, drop-off, or courier postage.
- 3Once the seller confirms the item arrived back in good condition, we release the refund within 3–5 working days.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Submit a return request and coordinate the exchange directly with the seller according to their policy.
When does MarketIsland step in?
If a seller does not reply or refuses a valid return, contact us with the order number and we will help mediate.
