What fees do you charge?
MarketIsland keeps it simple for sellers: the cost is 5% plus €0.25 per order. You set your own prices and delivery fees.
How do shipping and returns work?
You control delivery methods, fees, and timelines. We recommend offering at least 7 days from delivery for buyers to request a return, and you can extend that on your store page.
When do I get paid?
Payouts are triggered once your agreed return window ends. Funds are released within the next payment run, typically 3–5 working days later.
How should I handle return requests?
Reply in the MarketIsland chat, agree on the return method, and confirm when you receive the item so the refund can be processed. We only intervene if communication breaks down.
